The TraQ program website (http://www.traqprogram.ca) was established in 1999 and continues to be supported by the BC Provincial Blood Coordinating Office (PBCO).

It promotes quality improvement among Transfusion Medicine professionals through timely sharing of education and quality management information related to current practices and guidelines in Transfusion Medicine.

Users have access to a large resource library, interactive case studies, regulatory information, Canadian and international industry news, job postings and events calendar.

TraQ is guided by a National Steering Group of experienced Transfusion Medicine professionals in Canada who provide leadership in the development and content of the TraQ website to ensure the information provided is of genuine value.

TraQ is broadly regarded as the best and most comprehensive Transfusion Medicine website in Canada, and one of the best in North America with thousands of visitors monthly from Canada and abroad. More important than numbers, TraQ’s resources are regularly used by most of Canada’s transfusion safety officers and leaders in the Transfusion Medicine community.
