The Inherited Coagulopathy and Hemoglobinopathy Information Portal (iCHIP) is an application that was developed by the BC Provincial Blood Coordinating Office (PBCO) to support patient care and improve care outcomes for patients living with inherited bleeding disorders. Using modern technology, iCHIP was launched in 2013 and is a web-based application that allows patients to track their home factor infusions and bleeding records and relay this information in real-time to their clinicians of the Pediatric Hemophilia Clinic and the Adult Bleeding Disorder Program.
